01 About us
VIMA GURU is a marketing agency based in Athens and Corinth. Since 2021, we have worked with hotels and villas, real estate developers, construction companies, and food and service brands. We help them decide who they are for, what they stand for and how they will grow, then carry it through on every screen and in every space.
For us, strategy comes above everything, digital and physical alike. A good strategy sets the standards and the criteria for making the right choice, every time, so that the identity, the website, the content and the campaigns all pull in the same direction. One team then makes it happen: strategists, designers, writers, photographers, developers and performance specialists, working side by side.
More than five years alongside architects, developers and hoteliers have taught us to work straight from plans and renders. That is why our clients can start building demand long before the opening day or the handover.

02 Selected work
Three projects, three challenges: launching a development before it was built, opening a hotel online before it opened its doors, and selling an Athens residential building off-plan.
For Astrea Properties, we took the largest residential development in Cyprus from zero digital presence to buyers across 38 markets: a full-funnel presale strategy, with AI-enhanced visualisations that made the project visible before it was built.

The project
We designed the website straight from the architects’ renders, before the hotel was completed, and had it live in under 30 days. As the hotel took shape, the website moved to real photography, and after a full rebrand it relaunched in under three weeks.

The project
For Astrea Properties, VIMA GURU created a full-funnel performance model with weekly and monthly feedback from the sales team, for a residential development in the centre of Athens, marketed off-plan long before completion.
