The “Maximus Mykonos” project started before the hotel existed. With no photography and no completed space, VIMA GURU translated an architectural vision into a full digital hospitality experience — in under 30 days. Months later, a full rebrand and name change demanded a complete relaunch in under three weeks: new domain, updated identity, zero SEO loss, zero disruption to the user experience. Two launches. One year. One seamless result.
Vima Guru x Astrea : Leveraging AI as a Solution to Real Estate Development Challenges
In the Greek market, where off-plan sales remain particularly limited, the absence of a completed property is the single greatest trust barrier a buyer faces. Traditional architectural visualization solutions were too costly and too slow to support a real-time, performance-driven marketing model. VIMA GURU built the answer in collaboration with Astrea — a fast, flexible, AI-driven production capability that visualized what didn’t yet exist, bridged the trust gap with prospective buyers, and powered the commercial funnel from awareness to commitment.
