Marketing strategy,
before anything else.

Before anything is designed, built, printed or posted, we answer the questions every marketing plan rests on: which customers to serve, what value you offer them that competitors do not, and how to communicate and deliver it, online and offline. Market research, segmentation, targeting and positioning, then an integrated marketing plan your team can run, with clear objectives, budgets and controls.

ONE TEAM

Data and craft, in the same room.

Some of us are data people, some are creative minds. Strategy is where both work together, so that what is planned can be made and what is made can be measured.

01 THE IDEA

Activity is not
a strategy.

Most businesses do not lack activity. They lack a direction that connects it: a website built in one year, campaigns run by another supplier, social media managed in-house, each with its own goals and its own reports. The effort is real, but it does not add up.

A strategy gives every piece the same starting point. It begins with an analysis of the market and the competition, selects the target segments, defines the positioning and the value proposition, and turns them into one coordinated marketing mix: product, price, channels and communications. Then it sets the budget and the metrics by which success will be judged.

We write strategies to be used, not filed. They are short enough to read, specific enough to act on, and revisited as the market and the results change. For a new hotel, a residential launch or a growing company, the plan becomes the brief for everything that follows.

On marketing strategy

Marketing strategy is not a step before the creative work. It is the set of decisions behind everything a business shows the world: on a screen, on a building site, in a hotel lobby. When those decisions are right, every touchpoint pulls in the same direction.

02 THE DELIVERABLES

What a strategy includes.

Six chapters of one document. The depth of each depends on the business and the moment, from a pre-opening plan for a hotel to the launch of a residential development in several markets.

  1. CHAPTER 01

    Market & competitor analysis

The marketing environment, the competition and a SWOT analysis: where the market is going, who competes for the same customers and where the opportunities are.

  2. CHAPTER 02

    Segmentation & targeting

The market divided by needs and behaviour, and the target segments worth serving: their motives, their objections and the signals that show intent.

  3. CHAPTER 03

    Positioning & value proposition

The competitive frame of reference, the points of parity and points of difference, and a message framework that turns them into a clear value proposition.

  4. CHAPTER 04

    Integrated marketing plan

The marketing mix and integrated communications: the role of every channel and touchpoint at each stage of the customer journey.

  5. CHAPTER 05

    Budget & timeline

Where the money goes, when, and why: a budget split by channel and stage, with clear milestones.

  6. CHAPTER 06

    Objectives, metrics & control

Measurable objectives, the metrics that track them, and how often performance will be reviewed and the plan adjusted.

For brands that also need a new identity, strategy and branding are developed together, so that the brand compass guides both.

03 WORK

Strategy in real projects.

Three strategies, three different starting points: a mega development that had to earn trust before delivery, a residential complex sold off-plan, and a construction company whose identity, website and social media had to speak as one.

Trust before delivery.

For the largest residential development in Larnaca, the strategy started from one priority: earning trust long before the homes were delivered. Audience and market segmentation by motive, barrier and intent; a message framework balancing lifestyle, investment rationale and credibility; and funnel planning that protects brand value while driving measurable intent.

Turning an absence into a narrative.

Most buyers hesitate to commit to a home that does not exist yet. We built the user journey from the ground up, with funnel modelling, a messaging architecture and defined stages of interest and intent, so that the absence of a finished product became a story of trust, clarity and investment rationale.

PRINCIPLE

“A good strategy sets the standards and the criteria for making the right choice, every time.”

With clear criteria, every brief, campaign and touchpoint can be checked against the same plan, by us, by your team or by any partner, and the brand stays consistent long after the strategy is delivered.

One strategy, from the building site to the feed.

A family-owned construction company, specialising in concrete since 1963, needed its communication to match the scale of its work. The positioning was built on its clearest point of difference: six decades of construction credibility. The rebranding kept the historic ‘AC’ symbol within a contemporary blue-and-orange system, the website puts the projects and partnerships at the centre, and social media carries the same positioning and visual language. Site signage, website and feed now speak as one brand.

04 THE METHOD

From listening to a plan.

Four stages, with interim presentations, so that the final plan holds no surprises and your team already owns it when it is delivered.

  1. 01

    Listen

Your mission and business objectives, and workshops with the people closest to your customers: sales, reception, the team on site.

  2. 02

    Research

Marketing research into the market, competitors and customers: the data you have, what people search for, what they say about you.

  3. 03

    Define

Segmentation, targeting and positioning, the brand compass and the value proposition, agreed with you before any planning.

  4. 04

    Plan

The marketing mix, budget, timeline and metrics, in a document your team can act on from the next morning.

05 QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions about marketing strategy.

Short answers to the questions we hear most often. For anything else, our team is happy to help.

  • A marketing strategy includes a situation analysis of the market and the competition, segmentation and targeting, positioning and the value proposition, an integrated plan for the marketing mix and communications, a budget and timeline, and the objectives and metrics by which success will be measured. The depth of each part depends on the business and its moment.

  • It depends on the scope and the research needed. A focused plan for a single product or season takes less time than a strategy for a multi-market launch. At our first meeting we agree the stages, the interim presentations and the delivery date.

  • Often that is when it helps most. A clear strategy gives an in-house team a shared direction and criteria for decisions, and lets external partners work to the same brief. We can also run workshops with your team so the plan is built together.

  • Yes, if you wish. Our team covers branding, websites, content, social media and performance marketing, so the plan can be carried out by the people who wrote it. It is also written to be usable by your own team or other partners.

  • The core, positioning and target segments, usually holds for years. The marketing programme around it, channels, budgets and content, is reviewed against its metrics at least every quarter, and whenever results or the market change significantly.

  • Yes. Hospitality and real estate development are our two deepest specialisms, from pre-opening plans for hotels to launches of residential developments in Greece and Cyprus. We also work with construction companies, destinations, healthcare providers and businesses in other sectors.
