Nothing sells a place like images that make you want to be there. We direct and produce photography and video for hotels, villas, architecture and residential developments, working with masters of photography and cinematography. We don’t do average.

02 PROJECTS
A hotel by the sea, a private residence and a building that did not exist yet. Each asked for a different eye, and a different set of tools.
For a five-star hotel on the beach, we produced photography and video from the air and on the ground: the bay, the pool, the terraces and the light at the end of the day, for the website, social media and campaigns.
The Branco Mykonos production
For an awarded architecture and interior design studio, we produced the photography of a private residence in Loutraki, from the air and on the ground, with images that stand up to the studio’s international work.

When there is nothing to photograph yet, we work with renders: AI-generated videos and architectural walkthroughs that let buyers experience the homes before completion, designed for campaigns, landing pages and the sales conversation.

04 THE METHOD
Good images are planned. Four stages, so that the day of the shoot is spent on light and detail, not on decisions.
What the images are for, where they will be used, and a visit to the location to read its light.
The list of shots, the styling, the people and the schedule, agreed with you in advance.
Land and aerial, photo and video, timed around the light, the weather and the life of the place.
Selection, colour, retouching and editing, delivered in the sizes each channel needs.

Yes. We direct every production and work with photographers and cinematographers we trust, chosen for each project, such as architectural photographer Panagiotis Voumvakis for Dezone Archi+.
Yes. Before completion we work with renders, walkthroughs and AI-generated video, as for Urban City 44, and move to photography when the space is ready, as the Maximus Mykonos 5* website did when it moved from renderings to real images.
Yes. Aerial shots show a property in its setting and a development at its true scale. They are planned with qualified operators, in line with the rules and permissions that apply to each location.
Ideally just before the season, when the property is ready and the light is right, and with the shoot timed around the hours that suit each space. We plan the schedule with you, around occupancy and the weather.
Selected, edited and retouched photographs and edited videos, in the sizes and formats needed for your website, social media, advertising and print. Usage is agreed in advance with every production.
Yes. Because the same team handles websites, social media and advertising, the shot list is written with every channel in mind, so the shoot produces the images each one needs.
