Websites

Website design
and development
that leads somewhere.

Every website we build starts with the people who will use it: what they need to know, in what order, and what should happen next. Structure, design, copy and development come from one team, so the site reads as one story and leads, page by page, to a booking, an enquiry or a call.

FROM BRIEF TO LAUNCH

Live in under 30 days.

Maximus Mykonos 5* went online before the hotel was completed, then relaunched after a full rebrand in under three weeks.

01 THE APPROACH

A website is a journey,
not a brochure.

Visitors arrive with questions and leave as soon as a page stops answering them. We plan every website as a sequence of answers, then design the pages around it. Six parts appear on every site we build, whatever its size.

  1. 01

    The first impression

What the business offers and for whom, in one sentence and one image, before anyone scrolls.

  2. 02

    Navigation

Few, clear choices, named the way visitors think rather than the way the company is organised.

  3. 03

    Proof

Projects, awards, reviews and figures, placed exactly where doubt tends to appear.

  4. 04

    The story

Copy, photography and video that let people experience a place, a home or a product before they arrive.

  5. 05

    The next step

A booking, an enquiry or a call, one tap away on every screen, with nothing in the way.

  6. 06

    The foundations

Speed, search structure, accessibility and measurement, built in from day one rather than added later.

The proportions change from project to project: a hotel leads to direct booking, a residential development to a viewing, a construction company to a tender. The sequence stays.

02 WORK

Selected website projects.

Four websites across hospitality, real estate development, construction and financial services. Each started from a different question: how to present a hotel that was not yet built, how to sell homes before completion, how to carry a new identity online, and how to redesign a site we had built ourselves three years earlier.

01Maximus Mykonos 5*5* hotel · Mykonos

A hotel online before it opened.

The website had to become the hotel’s first point of contact before the building was finished and before any photography existed. It launched on renderings and moved gradually to real images. Functional minimalism, a Cycladic palette of stone, sand and off-white, and a mobile-first path to direct booking.

02Urban City 44 · Astrea PropertiesResidential · Athens

210 apartments, one clear path to a viewing.

For a residential complex sold before completion, the website answers a buyer’s questions in order: the place, the homes, the amenities, the investment case. Every route ends at the same request, “Book a tour”. Blue Lagoon, Astrea’s seaside residences in Loutraki, followed the same logic.

HOW WE BUILD

“We design the journey first and the pages second. A beautiful page in the wrong place is still in the wrong place.”

That is why every project starts with a site map and the questions visitors ask, long before the first screen is designed.

03Kanavos ConstructionsConstruction

A new identity, carried online.

After the rebranding, the website was the first place the new identity had to work in full. Sharp typography, site photography and a clear information architecture present three generations of construction work with the same confidence as the new logo.

Three years later, invited back.

Three years after its first website, Triangle Premium Financial Services asked us to redesign it. Working from a detailed brief, we rebuilt both interface and user experience, so the site would reflect the company’s expertise and the way its clients now look for information.

03 THE BUILD

What we design and build.

Every website is designed and built by the team that writes its copy and plans its promotion. The scope follows the business; the foundations are the same for every project.

  1. 01

    UX & site architecture

Audience journeys, site map and wireframes: the order in which people discover, compare and decide, planned before anything is designed.

04 THE METHOD

From site map to launch.

Four stages with clear deliverables and a working preview at each one, so that decisions are made on the real website, together with you.

  1. 01

    Discover

Meetings with your team, research into your audience and competitors, and a review of the current website, its content and its data.

  2. 02

    Structure

Site map, user journeys and wireframes. The content of every page is planned before design begins.

  3. 03

    Design

Interface design on real content, on desktop and mobile, with interactive previews of the key journeys.

  4. 04

    Build & launch

Development, copy, SEO and testing on every device; then launch, training for your team and a first round of measurement.

06 QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions about website design.

Short answers to the questions we hear most often before a website project begins. For anything else, our team is happy to help.

  • It depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations. A focused website can be online within weeks: Maximus Mykonos 5* launched in under 30 days. At our first meeting we agree the stages, the deliverables and a launch date with you, so the timeline is clear from the start.

  • Yes. Our team writes the copy in Greek and English, together with the structure of the site, so that words, design and search intent work together. When the project calls for it, we also handle photography and video.

  • Yes. We build on a content management system and hand over every website with training for your team, so that everyday updates, such as news, projects or offers, do not depend on us.

  • Every website we build includes SEO foundations: page structure, metadata, structured data, speed and mobile performance. Ongoing SEO, content and campaigns are part of our performance marketing services.

  • Yes. A redesign starts with what already works: content, search rankings and data. We keep what has value and rebuild the rest, as we did for Triangle PFS, whose website we redesigned three years after building the first one.

  • Yes. For hotels and holiday residences, the website leads to direct bookings; for residential developments, to qualified enquiries and viewings. We also design websites for architecture firms, construction companies and businesses in other sectors, from food production to financial services.
